August is one of my favourite “planning” months of the year. True, each month requires planning, but August is different. The cooler evenings and shorter days begin to signify change and renewal and good things to come. August is, after all, “pre-fall/winter” and the prelude to the busiest and most profitable selling season of the year. Without this month to plan, my September, October, November and December simple would not be all they could be.
August planning is also the reason I put a lot of emphasis on recruiting new team members. Bringing people on board now and helping them launch their businesses before it gets busy is critical to their success this upcoming season. It allows the new Consultant the opportunity to learn, plan for and execute the best results.
In August Scentsy sweetens the deal a bit too! For all consultants who sign up in August, Scentsy equips you with added tools to make your transition smoother and more affordable.
