Having worked at Scentsy for more than four years, I feel a little guilty making the following confession: Even though I have a Scentsy Warmer in every room and a Nightlight Warmer in every bathroom, I am far more likely to run a diffuser on a daily basis than a warmer.
Don’t get me wrong: I love Scentsy and I love our products! But I’ve always preferred the diffuser experience to warmers. I am a Pottery Barn girl through and through; I like simple, classic designs with a bit of an industrial edge. It’s easy to find a Scentsy Warmer to complement my décor, but as far as diffusers, everything I’ve come across in the past looked like cheap plastic or it was ultra-modern.
I have had diffusers in my daughter’s room and one in our bedroom, mainly because that’s where we use the diffusers the most, but also because I don’t want to put something ugly where anyone else can see it. (Hey, I’m nothing if not honest!)
In the durability department, I have replaced said diffusers at least twice. We use our diffusers two to three times per week, and usually I add oils before we go to bed and let them run overnight. I replaced the first one because it leaked, and I had to put a plate underneath it to keep it from damaging the furniture. I replaced the second one because the LED lights were burning out, and had a mesmerizing range of red, purple and blue lights. (Did I mention both problems occurred within the first six months of use?)
As you can imagine, I was THRILLED when I found out Scentsy would be introducing its very own diffuser and line of essential oils designed to create a superb, natural fragrance experience. No longer would I need to feel guilty for preferring natural fragrance to our awesome Scentsy products or choose between a functional diffuser and one that looks as beautiful as it smells.
When I saw Scentsy’s Evolve Diffuser, it was love at first sight. It is exactly my taste. When I found out the Scentsy Diffuser offers 16 LED light options and high, low and intermittent diffuser modes, I was hooked. But while the features are great, what really sold me on the Scentsy Diffuser is its lifetime warranty. I’ve done a lot of research on diffusers over the years, and I simply haven’t heard of any company offering such a generous warranty or such amazing features, not to mention our 21 incredible Scentsy Oils.
When it comes to Scentsy Bars, I adore Ocean, French Lavender and Just Breathe (and I stock up on Eucalyptus every time it’s available through Bring Back My Bar). I think floral, fruity and gourmand fragrances smell nice, but I’ve always preferred earthy, herbaceous scents, both for my personal care and home fragrance products. So Scentsy’s Natural and Essential Oils offer a palate of fragrances I prefer.
Needless to say, I have been patiently counting the days until Sept. 1 when I can replace my old diffusers for the last time and finally feel confident displaying a Scentsy Diffuser for company.
